The registration certificate issued pursuant to Section 6 shall be the evidence of occurrence of the personal event, and such evidence may be submitted to any office or court and used in any personal transaction.
Provided, however, that, if it is proved that any person has received the registration certificate upon submitting false details, such a registration certificate shall be revoked.
